Step by Step Method to Make Falafel Bowl

Step 1

Soak the Chickpeas

  1. Soak the dried chickpeas in water overnight.
  2. Drain the next day before blending.

Soaking gives falafel the right texture.

Make the Falafel Mixture

  1. Add soaked chickpeas onion garlic coriander parsley and all spices to a blender.
