  • 1 cup chicken pieces or tofu cubes

Step by Step Method to Make Thai Green Curry

Step 1

Cook the Onion and Curry Paste

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add sliced onion.
  3. Cook for two minutes.
  4. Add green curry paste and mix well.
  5. Cook for one minute until fragrant.

Step 2

Add Chicken or Tofu

  1. Add chicken or tofu pieces.
  2. Mix and cook for two minutes.
  3. Coat them well in the curry paste.

Step 3

Add Coconut Milk

  1. Add coconut milk and stir.
  2. Add water to adjust thickness.
  3. Cook for three to four minutes.

Add Vegetables and Seasoning

  1. Add all vegetables.
  2. Add salt and sugar.
  3. Cook for five minutes until vegetables become soft.

  2. Add lemon juice.
