Step by Step Method to Make Korean Fried Chicken
Step 1
Season the Chicken
- Take the chicken pieces in a bowl.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Mix well and let it sit for ten minutes.
This step adds basic flavor to the chicken.
Step 2
Coat the Chicken
- Add cornflour to the chicken pieces.
- Mix so every piece gets a full dry coating.
- Shake off extra flour.
Cornflour makes the coating light and very crispy.
Step 3
First Fry
- Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and fry until light golden.
- Remove and keep aside.

Second Fry

- Pour the sauce over it.
