Step by Step Method to Make French Crepes

Step 1

Make the Batter

  1. Take a mixing bowl.
  2. Add flour milk eggs melted butter sugar and salt.

  4. The batter should be thin like flowing cream.
  5. Let it rest for ten minutes.

Step 2

Heat the Pan

  3. Spread it around the pan.

Step 3

Cook the Crepes

  1. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan.
  2. Move the pan quickly so the batter spreads into a thin circle.
  3. Cook for one minute until the edges become light.
  4. Flip the crepe gently.
  5. Cook the other side for thirty seconds.

Crepes should be soft thin and light in color.
